Dan Rhodes was born in 1972 and took a course in creative writing at the University of Glamorgan. After graduating in 1995 he taught in Saigon and has worked at various times at his parents' pub and on a fruit and vegetable farm. His books include: Anthropology and A Hundred Other Stories, Timoleon Vieta Come Home, The Little White Car. Dan Rhodes was chosen as one of Granta's Best Young British Novelists in 2003.
