Anthony Bourdain has been a professional chef for over two decades. He is the author of a number of books, both fiction and non-fiction, including Bone in the Throat, Gone Bamboo and Kitchen Confidential. He writes for a number of journals and magazines and is a contributing editor for Food Arts magazine. He lives in New York City with his wife, Nancy.
